AMA Delegation Information Meeting

NMA Board of Directors Seeking Physicians to Serve on the AMA Delegation 

Are you interested in engaging on a national level addressing physician specific topics? Do you have a desire to grow your leadership while working with fellow physician colleagues from across the country? 

In 2025, the NMA will have two openings with our AMA delegation, and we would like to identify physicians now that are interested. An informational virtual meeting will be held to allow Kelly Caverzagie, MD, and Jordan Warchol, MD, current AMA delegation, a time to share details about the role of the delegation and answer any questions you may have. This will be a great opportunity to learn about the expectations and the time commitment before and during the meetings.

Following the information session, the NMA will seek applications from those physicians that are motivated to serve on the AMA delegation. The NMA Board of Directors intends to review the applications and appoint two physicians to serve on the AMA delegation in time for those individuals to attend the AMA Interim meeting in November to see first-hand how our physicians engage in the meeting.
