LCMS - 1st Year Physician - $187.50 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Physicians that are one year post residency/fellowship.
- Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - 2nd Year Physician - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Physicians that are two years post residency/fellowship.
- Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - 3rd Year Physician - $450.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Physicians that are three years post residency/fellowship.
- Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - 4th Year Physician - $600.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Physicians that are four years post residency/fellowship.
- Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - Active Practice Physician - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - Associate Physician - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Retired/semi-retired physicians who have been in practice 20+ years and a NMA member for at least five consecutive years.
- Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - Resident (PGY1 Only) - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - ONLY AVAILABLE TO FIRST YEAR RESIDENTS. Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - Resident/Fellow (PGY2+) - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Includes membership for both NMA & Lancaster County Medical Society.

LCMS - Retired Physician - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments - Available to retired physicians who aren't eligible for Associate or Emeritus membership.
